The 21st Century Dads Foundation, a 501c3, was created to raise awareness for and provide support to organizations who support kids and dads. Let’s face the facts, it takes more to be a dad in the 21st Century; society demands more and kids deserve more. We want to encourage all dads to be present; financially, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
There are approximately 24 million kids growing up across America without their dads. Children from father-absent homes are more likely to drop out of school, have problems with drugs and alcohol, get involved with crime and become incarcerated, become teen parents, have psychological problems and commit suicide. In other words, father absence is a root cause for what ails society.  Every child deserves to grow up with a loving, nurturing father or father-figure.  We need you to engage to ensure this vision is a reality for more kids.
Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the resources here and identify how you can make a difference in the lives of today’s youth.  Remember: greater father involvement = greater student achievement.
“The supreme test of any civilization is whether or not it can teach men to be good fathers.”  Margaret Mead
