21st Century Dads Foundation, a 501c3, has created the SFN U.S. 50 State Tour as a vehicle to raise awareness and funds for as well as strengthen and expand the Special Fathers Network and to promote the book: Dads Raising Children With Special Needs & Disabilities: A Guide For 21st Century Dads
