By TIFFANY CONTRERAS–You may have seen some bike riders in helmets and spandex around Palm Springs Tuesday. Fathers pedaled from Lynwood to Palm Springs during a 2,100-mile bike ride. The Dad’s Honor Ride will raise funds for the first Boot Camp for New Dads program at the St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles. The program will support local charities that encourage fathers to be part of their children’s lives and develop close relationships with them. The ride began Monday in Lynwood, Calif., where the Boot Camp for New Dads will be located. Read entire article…
