James was born and raised in Chelton, England.  After obtaining his educaiton and becoming a lawyer he has worked overseas in Hong Kong and Grand Cayman.  James and his ex-wife, Gemma, were married for 9 years before divorcing seven years ago and are the proud parents of three boys: Charlie (10), Harry (12) and Archie (14), who suffered brain damage at the time of his birth
